 1. Introduction

Each company seeks a location where they can access and control the faster delivery sites,
avoiding delays where new technology helps us to minimize transport costs, improving
services and delivery times. It is very important to learn how to handle georeferencing to
acquire more efficient work we do and thus satisfy the needs and requirements that our
clients request.

 2. Objectives

 Be aware to elaborate maps, plot distribution routes related to customers to delivery

of documentation, identifying specific information
 Relate advantages and disadvantages to satisfies our and customers logistic
processes.
 Learn to relate and use georeferencing to establish an effective logistic organization.
 Consider different variables and issues that affect logistic process. (Facilities,
location, delivery times, access, etc.)

3- Characterize your client according to his georeferenced for the distribution

Our Project is about a company that is dedicated to the consolidation of bill and service
documentation, besides the delivery of the order. Customer orders are delivered to each
customer facility at local and national level.

Digi Company are concerned about keeping the documentation of our customers in the
shortest time, we guarantee that each delivery has a document to support arrival time of
delivery. Each delivery support is reviewed, scanned and sent to each of our Customers,
documentation is sent through internal and digitally messaging. Documentation is
delivered to our clients every day through accountant process.

Advantage
The time or course in which we can deliver the documentation would be in 20 minutes
Faster deliveries because are made in motorized transport (Motorcycles or cars)
Related to orders mistakes, deliveries can be fixed up in a less time, Avoiding client delays
in their own processes
Due to the location, transportation costs decrease.
Customer facilities are located in the same logistic complex; therefore distance
transportation decrease as employee quantity doing too.

Disadvantages
According to the location of our customers, inside logistics complex There are business
competitor, another logistics operator.
The scanned documentation is also sent to the customer by requirement

 6. Conclusions

We can show that georeferencing helps us to establish maps and distribution routes in order
to improve delivery times and quality, reduce costs in transport, evaluate advantages and
disadvantages locating logistics facilities where being in a strategic place can affect logistic
variables. We are in an industrial area where we can take local and out of local area
deliveries without transportation issues related to principal avenues, nearness to another
logistics complex and industrial areas. In this way customers into logistics complex are
gathered in one place thus we can meet them reducing distance and time routes.
