Requirement Of Hospital Management System

Hospital management system keeps the track of information regarding:

departments, patients, doctors, medicine, receptionist and bills.

Hospital
The hospital is organized into many departments each of which has a HoD.
Every HoD is a senior doctor. A department has unique ID, unique name
and a single location.

Patient
A patient has a unique ID, name, unique CNIC, gender, patient diagnosis,
patient history, age and address and admit-date in the hospital. A patient is
admitted in a ward which has a unique number and several beds. Every bed
in a ward has a unique number but beds in different wards have the similar
numbers. A patient is treated by one or more doctors.

Doctor
Each doctor has a name, unique id, salary and gender. A doctor is assigned
to a unique department who treats the patients.

Medicine
Medicine has a unique code, price, name, company, registration number. A
patient buys many medicines in hospital.

Reception
Receptionist have a unique recep-ID, name and telephone number. When
each patient enter in a hospital then regards to a reception.

Bill
Every bill is paid by patient against a number of medicines. A Bill has a
unique bill number, amount and billing date.
