 I learn how the hospital sector has working. The way of the employee details and
patient detail maintaines.The advantages of health insurance

 I am learn about Operation Theatre format and steps of process.

 Personnel records contain complete information about every employee, including


name, date of birth, marital status, academic and professional credentials,
information about prior employment, etc.
 I learned more about the hospital's admissions procedure .Verify the patient data to see
if they are a regular at the hospital or not.

 I gained knowledge of the hospital's admission letter format and discharge


summary format of the hospital.

  To allow a patient remain at a hospital for observation, research, treatment, and
care.

 I learned about hospital insurance laws. And it has benefits like a health insurance plan,
a plan for serious illnesses, a plan for families, etc. the hospital's insurance
police service. A health insurance policy will pay for the insured person's medical and
surgical expenses. the process of filing a claim with your insurance provider no later
than 24 hours after an unplanned hospitalization and no later than 48 hours after an
emergency hospitalization.
 I work in the hospital's admissions department. Attending hospital calls while taking
down outpatient information. I'm learning more about the hospital's
admissions procedure. Verify the patient's information to see if they visit the hospital
frequently. The front office personnel manages appointments, schedules, patient
follow-up, billing, and payment collection.

 I learned about ESIC (Employee State Insurance Scheme) is an employee benefit


programme in the medical field that is only available to those with salaries under
21,000.The member's child with the ESTS Partner.

 Partner must be at least 90 years old.

 Child must be at least 21 years old .


Learning outcome

 During my internship, I learned how to communicate and build relationships with


the people .

 I learned that every hospital has its own culture.

 It’s essential to observe others and learn how they engage and interact with co-
workers, or help them with projects and tasks.

 I learned how I can take myself in a professional environment and also learned
how I can manage and perform the tasks and projects within the organization.
