NOTICE TO THE CANDIDATES WHO HAVE BEEN EITHER ABSENT OR ABSCONDED
DURING MEDICAL EXAMINATION AT DIVISIONAL RAILWAY HOSPITALS UNDER CEN
01/2018 (ALP- TECHNICIANS)

1. The list of 10629 candidates of ALP & Technicians under CEN No. 01/2018 who
have been provisionally shortlisted for Documents Verification (DV) and Medical
Examination (ME) was published on the website of Railway Recruitment Board,
Allahabad on 06.06.2019. The DV followed by Medical Examination (ME) of the
candidates was held from 23.06.2019 to 14.09.2019 and from 24.09.2019 to
26.09.2019 for absentee candidates at Shambhunath Institute of Engineering &
Technology (SIET), Education Block, Jhalwa, Prayag Raj (Allahabad).

2. RRB/ALD has got report from various Divisional Medical Hospitals that there were
some candidates who have either not attended the Medical Examination or
Absconded during Medical Examination. The candidates who were either absent for
Medical Examination or absconded after Reporting for Medical Examination are
hereby informed that they have to submit clarification to RRB/Allahabad within Thirty
days i.e by 15.12.2019 with valid reasons along with supporting documents that why
their candidature cannot be cancelled.

3. The reply of the candidates along with supporting documents must reach the
RRB/Allahabad office latest by 15.12.2019. For those candidates, whose reasons for
not attending/completing their Medical Examination will not satisfactory or who will
not submit any response, their candidature will be cancelled.

4. This is the Final opportunity for candidates who have been Absentee/Absconded in
their Medical Examination and no further chance will be given to them. They will also
be informed through SMS and E-mail.

5. While every care has been taken in preparing this list of Absentee/Absconded
candidates, RRB/ALD reserve the rights to rectify any inadvertent error or
typographical/printing mistakes.

Candidates are hereby advised that this will be the final chance for submitting
clarification with valid supporting documents toRRB/ALD for Medical
Examination and no further communication will be either entertained from the
candidates or will be sent from this office and the candidature of the
absentee/Absconded candidates will be Cancelled without further notice.

Important: Beware of the touts who may misguide the candidates with false
promises of getting them selected for the job on illegal consideration. The recruitment
process in the RRB exams is fully computerised and the selection is based purely on the
merit of candidates.
