Tall man with hair that is constantly on fire, wears yellow shorts and is
Appearance always smiling/laughing.

Shoots bombs mostly but occasionally throws punches and kicks when at
Fighting Style really close range as to not hurt himself. Will send little balls that explode.

Was left as a child and developed a knack for robbing people, he found a
Backstory place where he built his own civilisation and created a group of misfits and
mercenaries that used to work for a price, however they all decided to go
rogue and began to rob banks and all sorts of places together for more fun
and entertainment than money, after this development everyone in his
group was caught and he went solo, robbing the innocent people and rich
people still to this day.

A little crazy and very eccentric.

Attitude
His low attack is a punch to the legs and occasionally the stomach, his high
Moves attack is using his gun that launches bombs and using it to shoot bombs and
attack his enemies from above, his special attack involves launching his tyre
bomb, this is a rolling tyre that he can remotely detonate when it reaches
his target.
