DRUG ALCOHOL AND SEARCH POLICY

Oceon recognizes that it employees may not have drug and /or alcohol abuse
problems. However, Oceon has established the drugs, alcohol and search
policy as a proactive measure to deter any illegal conduct, guard against
improper behavior and increase the safety of its employees. In order to
ensure compliance with this policy:

 Consumption and use of drugs shall be in compliance with the relevant


government laws.
 Only approved drugs recommended by a qualified medical practitioner
shall be allowed on work site and in offices.
 Sale of drugs shall be prohibited in the offices and work sites.
 Employees of the organisation shall endeavour to individually be
familiar with the list of banned/illegal drugs and substances as
authorised by the government agency on drugs.
 Search of employees and/or visitors and their personal property may
be conducted when there is reasonable suspicion to believe that such
individuals(s) maybe in possession of non-permitted contraband and
/or stolen or misappropriated property.
 Any employee that is found to be under the influence of Alcohol or in
possession of or under the influence of any hard drug such as
Marijuana, Heroin or any other illegal or non-permitted contraband
while working shall have his/her appointment terms reviewed.
 In the event of the company discovering such illegal or unauthorized
items in the possession of an employee, such items will be confiscated,
reported and released to appropriate law enforcement agencies.
