Drugs & Alcohols Abuse Prevention Policy

A Drugs and Alcohol Abuse Prevention Policy aims to maintain a safe environment by:

1- Preventing drug or alcohol abuse in the workplace:

- Possession, sale or distribution of illegal drugs is a criminal offense. Illicit use of legal drugs or other
intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited.

- It is strictly prohibited to be present at work under the influence or under the influence of drugs,
alcohol, or any other intoxicating substance.

- All employees must have full competence to carry out their tasks and exercise their responsibilities
during working hours and during service.

- Employees who drive vehicles or operate any machinery or factory equipment must be completely
free from the influence of any intoxicating substance.

- All employees required to carry out emergency tasks during a crisis must be fully competent to
carry out the tasks assigned to them.

Taking other intoxicating drugs, you should seek medical advice and follow appropriate treatment
immediately.

Failure to comply with the above will result in disciplinary action, which may include dismissal
