Topic ​: The Manufacture of tea by oxidation (fermentation)

Objective ​: Write three to five pages article to describe the manufacturing of tea
including the chemical composition

Location ​: Perkebunan teh Rancabali ciwidey

Due date ​: April 27 th

Procedure:

1. All the group members will participate in searching types of tea produced in Rancabali
ciwidey and their chemicals composition.

2. Interview the staffs about the process of making tea. During the interview, make sure you
take a lot of notes, or best of all, record the interview so you can remain focused on the
conversation.

3. Create three to five page an article to explain the manufacturing of tea and their chemcal
compositon.
4. Write an outline – format article: five or six paragraphs (introduction, body paragraph 1,
body paragraph 2, body paragraph 3, body paragraph 4, body paragraph 5 and conclusion).

Introduction: start with the history of tea plantation, describe how many hectares,
production in tons per year.
