Current Project:
The client had a system that was undocumented but in use. The AS400 hardware needed to be upgraded. The client
needed to transfer all current functionality to the new hardware. Given my prior experience on mainframe hardware and
software, I was asked to figure out how to transfer, document and Q/A their systems.

Previous experience:
On a prior assignment, an insurance company needed to convert their business to an AS400. I lead the conversion effort.
This conversion occurred from 1990 thru 1993.
My duties included:
 Creating mapping documentation
 Creating backup and recovery processes
 Guiding the conversion effort by creating business and technical requirements
