Description:

Baxter is a for-profit American health insurance company based in Deerfield (HQ), US. In
2021, the company ranked 41 on the Fortune 500 list, which made it the highest ranked
company based in Kentucky. It has been the third largest health insurance in the nation.
Here, the Baxter’s Consumers Phone number and email details from multiple source
systems are to be loaded into a central Contact Repository system. Prior to loading the
phone numbers and email addresses, data quality rules, based on business teams input
after proper data profiling, are applied to filter out phone numbers and email addresses not
pertaining to the rules to be maintained as exceptions. Any change in the contact details are
captured as part of the delta capture process.

Responsibilities:

 Worked on the change requests to the existing Data Stage jobs as per updated
HLD sent by the Business (High Level Design or Business Requirement
Document).

 Updated the existing Low-Level Design Documents, Prepared Mapping sheet

documents, Unit Test Case, Component Integration Test Case Documents.
 Involved in the UAT, Production Support and Migration Activities, Bug Fixing
and enhancement of major functionalities in various subject areas.

 Develop the DataStage parallel jobs for extracting, cleansing, transforming,

integrating, and loading data using DataStage Designer.

 Create the mapping sheet as per the transformation logics.

  Extract the data as per business logics by developing the SQL queries and
process the data from the source end and interact with the team to verify the
feasibility in the ETL Datastage tool.

 Create DataStage jobs, sequences according to the transformation rules in

mapping doc and execute the same.

Description:
Reliance Mobile is one of the leading CDMA & GSM Service providers in India. RCOM as a
telecom player, satisfies every reliance telecom customer, reliance communications has a
reliable, high- capacity, integrated (both wireless and wire line) and convergent (voice,
data and video) digital network.
Objective was to accumulate data from various systems and design end-to-end
automation of revenue report. Revenue canned report were designed to facilitate round
the clock access to authorized users with last Three years trend, weekly & monthly
frequency. Revenue consists of three major components, i.e. Billed, Unbilled &
Adjustments / waivers. Billed & Adjustment were flowing from source systems, Unbilled
revenue was calculated based on customer's profile & complex business logic. Unbilled
revenue of the individual customer is derived using their active period, rate plan & last
billed date. Finally, unbilled revenue component is grouped together to prepare revenue
summary with key attributes like Product, Circle, etc. Each unbilled component is
allocated with GL & receivable IDs and sent to SAP system for booking unbilled revenue.
Responsibilities:

 Analyzing the business requirements provided by the client and Convert them into
technical requirements.

 Coordinate with the source team and client to pipeline the data based on the
requirement.

 Enhancing the existing functionalities of the application and worked on new change
request.

 Understand the Technical specification documents and developing the jobs according to
the business logic.

 We transform and process the data through Data Stage jobs, shell script and load it into
different databases like Oracle, SAP BW and BO

 Integrated data from a variety of sources including oracle, flat files, xml files and other
formats.

Copy, Look Up, Join, and funnel etc.
