Merchant Terms and Conditions:

1. Offer is valid on any Domestic / International Roundtrip Flight, Hotel or

Activity available on Cleartrip.
2. Not valid for transactions made on IVR/Phone with Cleartrip Customer
Care. Also not valid for part/full payment made with Cleartrip Wallet
balance.
3. Offer valid on payments made with any Visa Credit Card issued in
India. Not valid on Visa Debit Card.
4. You can avail the offer only once on Domestic Flights, once on
International Flights, once on Domestic Hotels, once on International
Hotels & once on Activities. If you transact more than once using the
same card, your booking will be confirmed but you will not get
any cashback on your 2nd Domestic Flight transaction or
your 2nd International Flight transaction or your 2nd Domestic Hotel
transaction or your 2nd International Hotel transaction or your 2nd
Activity transaction.
5. The cashback offer is valid per transaction. In case you book more than
1 passenger/ ticket/ segment/ room/ night/ room night in a single
transaction, you will still receive cashback on per transaction basis only.
6. In case you cancel the transaction (in part or full) the
entire cashback availed for the said transaction will be deducted from
the refund amount.
7. Valid on Adult & Child bookings only. Not valid for Infants (of Age less
than < 2 years).
8. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other cashback offer available
on www.cleartrip.com.
9. The product & services offered by Cleartrip Private Limited are governed
by the Terms of Use prescribed by Cleartrip on its
site www.cleartrip.com & as amended from time to time.
10. Cleartrip reserves the right to change or withdraw the Offer, anytime at
the sole discretion of the Management.
11. The terms & conditions of this Offer are subject to change without any
prior notice.
12. Flight, Hotel & Activity bookings are subject to availability.
13. Disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
Visa Terms and Conditions:

1. Offer details as shown are based on information provided by the Merchant. No warranties are
made by Visa that the information is correct. Please check directly with Merchant to confirm
availability and validity of the Offer.
2. The Merchant is the sole provider of all goods and/or services under this offer. Accordingly,
the Visa Cardholder understands, acknowledges and agrees that the procurement by him/her of
any goods and/or services under this Offer shall constitute a contract solely between the
merchant and him/her, and Visa is not, nor will become, a party thereto.
3. By utilizing or attempting to utilize any of the goods and services under this Offer, the Visa
Cardholder understands, acknowledges and agrees that: a. Any claim, complaint or dispute of
any nature arising out of or in relation to the procurement, or attempted procurement by the
cardholder of any goods and/or services under this offer (each a “Claim”) shall be settled by the
Visa Cardholder directly with the Merchant, and Visa Cardholder shall not make any Claim
against Visa. b. Without prejudice to the foregoing, and to the fullest extent permitted by law,
Visa shall not be liable to any person for any loss, damage, expenses or claim (whether direct or
indirect) in relation to any personal injury, death, false representation, damage or omission
arising from or in connection with the usage or attempted usage of the Offer or goods and/or
services provided under the Offer.
