    Dear Datu Lester,

    Assalamo Alaikum. . . .

    In line with the program of your administration for development and your deepest
    concern for the welfare of our people not only in our beloved municipality of Datu Odin
    Sinsuat but all through the province of Maguindanao. The undersigned would like to solicit
    financial assistance from your honorable office for the construction of a “PUROK” at Sitio
    Luma, Dimapatoy (Dinaig Proper). This PUROK will house temporarily our barangay
    tanod assigned to maintain peace and order in the area and serve as a venue for some
    settlements which require immediate attention in the barangay level.
