Welcome
Alta Vista Golf & Country Club was founded in 1994 through a joint venture of Santa Lucia
Realty and Development Inc. and the Aznar family of Southwestern University.
Nestled about 500 feet above the nearby beaches and located just seven kilometers from the
heart of the city, the club occupies 60 hectares of a 400-hectare residential cum leisure
development.
The course was designed by Gary Player’s Black Knight Design Group and boasts some of the
most picturesque holes in the Philippines.
The clubhouse is a Spanish colonial inspired design that features 14,000 square meters of floor
space.
The club officially started operations in 1997.
A round of golf at Alta Vista is always a rewarding experience.
The challenges of the game are rewarded by the beauty of its environment, state of the art
amenities and the impeccable service of its well-trained staff.

1. Original Proprietary Membership Certificate (PMC), endorsed to the Buyer
Photocopy of Corporate Secretary’s Certificate from the Seller,
NOTE: indicating the approval of the sell (for corporate shares)
2. Original Deed of Absolute Sale
3. Original Capital Gains Tax Clearance
4. For second buyer:
Transfer Fee Php16,000
Membership Clearance of Transferor (To ensure all club obligations are settled)
5. Two (2) Original and latest proof of billing.
6. Two (2) Photocopies of any Government issued I’D’s with picture (must duly signed 3
Times in the photocopy) Original I’D’s presented must be shown in the club for proper
comparison.

2. For first buyer or shares from developers with no prior membership:
Non-refundable membership processing fee Php10,000
