1 FOUNDATION

guardrails and toe boards which are placed inside
the standard and securely fastened in position
b) Scaffolding planks are closely laid across the full width
of the scaffold with no opening except for access to
platform

a) Ladder are securely attached to the scaffold at the
top and bottom

a) No scaffold is connected to a temporary structure

17 PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER'S (PE) DRAWING


a) Scaffold are erected strictly in accordance with the
PE drawing

18 SCAFFOLD COMPONENT MATERIAL


a) Scaffold components and fittings showing no signs
of deterioration
b) All component and fitting are fixed, secured
and placed in a position

19 HOUSEKEEPING
a) Working platform, access ways and landing cleared
off any obstruction, loose objects and tripping hazards
b) Scaffold free from debris, unused formwork, scaffold
components, etc
20 SIGNAGE
a) Suitable signages are placed at appropriate locations
