Biography
He is consider as the father of digital revolution, a massive innovation and a design perfectionist he is one
of the most creative and daring CEOs a global icon who has shaped the world of technology and media
his products are adore by millions the company he started in a garage worth more than 200 billion dollars
today.
Early life
Steve Jobs was born in 1995 in San Francisco, California, and put up for adoption. Steve was adopted by
Paul and Clara jobs and was raised in its free willing culture of experimentation and innovation. Steve
jobs was far from been academic he was much more interested in phone computers and creating
innovative business ideas. He was dropped from college that’s when he thought he could learn.
Pre- Apple
In 1976 he and his partner, Steve Wozniak started in Jos family garage. They are credited with
revolutionizing the computer industry by making machine smaller, cheaper, intuitive and accessible to
everyday consumers.
Apple
Within 10 years the Apple had grown from just two persons in a garage into a $2billion company over
4,000 employees. After the creation of Macintosh things turned sour for job by hiring former Pepsi’s chief
Executive, John Sculley to lead apple in a new direction. John Sculley had no patience for Jobs
controversial and demanding management style. After two years Steve jobs was fired form the company
he founded.
NeXT Computers
Following his resignation from Apple in 1985, Jobs founded NeXT Inc. Apple bought NeXT bringing
Steve Jobs back to the company he built. Over the next few years Jobs went from a small position at
Apple to the company’s interim CEO and eventually taking on the position full-time. Steve jobs second
period at Apple produced many of the company’s more successful devices from the iPad to the iMad.
Steve job led Apple ahead of its previous milestone and grew into the biggest company int the technology
sector.
Pixar and Disney
Job bought a company from Lucas Films; it was an animation company called Pixar. They hired an
animator from Disney named John Lasseter and started making 1-2-minute films but the Pixar team had
much bigger ambitions the creation of a full length fully computer animated feature film their technology
was powerful enough to make it possible and Hollywood was interested. Pixar made a deal with Disney
to work together. Pixar’s created world’s first computer animated feature film Toy story was a
blockbuster. It earned three hundred and fifty-six million dollars worldwide. Pixar is most successful
studio in the world

Health issues and death


In October 2003, Jobs was diagnosed with cancer. In mid-2004, he announced to his employees that he
had a cancerous tumor in his pancreas. On October 1st 2011. Apple sadly announced that its co-founder
had passed away after battling cancer for nearly a decade. Steve jobs died in Palo Alto at the age of 56.

passion and self-confidence on yourself and your work will help you towards success

The most important role of the leader is to set a clear achievable and persuasive vision, because whether
you are managing a group of small people or an entire company that group will tear itself apart as it runs
in the direction of individuals. A uniting purpose, a united vision that is constant is constant in
everybody’s mind so that they are all moving in the same direction to move that company.

Focus on making Quality products that are best and largest in market not on making a lot of useless
products.

Steve job wanted perfection in every single product that they built and has even delayed products in

Conclusion
Steve Job learned from his failures and mistakes. He is a true role model a great leader, visionary,
entrepreneur and a manager. Jobs should be considered a hero because he was persistent and never gave
up. He was a creator and continued this career until his death. He made the world a better place. He really
enjoyed what he did.
