1. Introduction
1-1. Overview
TB4 is a new generation of bill acceptor designed by TOPVME
which features High-security with acceptance rate over 96%.
In addition, multiple bezel and bill box selections offer users
the most convenient and complete services.

5-3. Configuration Button

The right exterior of the TB4 provides the only external


configuration button.
Usages and functions are listed below:

Configuration status shown:


Pressing the button once. The bezel light shows the
configured stat of the bill acceptor. Refer to 5-3-1.

Programming the function:


Pressing twice to configure the bill acceptor in conjunction with
the Configuration Paper. Refer to 5-3-2.

To reset to the factory settings:


Press the button twice so the purple light blinks and then hold
down the button for 2 seconds.

5-3-1. Configuration Status Shown

Press the configuration button once and the front panel will
show the current configuration of first block of the
bill acceptor and press button again in succession according
to each block. The front panel blinks green once to indicate
an unfilled block, and blue for a filled block. There will be a
red blink between each set of blocks in a category.

5-3-2. Programed The Function

1. Press the configuration button


twice in quick succession as
shown by the pTSPure in the right
side. The indication light will blink
in purple.

2. Insert the Configuration Paper


indicated by arrows, and TB4 will
read it automatically.

3. The purple indication light will


stay on when reading is
successful. If the indication light
blinks then the reading process
fails, and it can be tried again.

4. TB4 will record the setting and


restart automatically.

*Note : TB4 will return to normal operation after the purple lights blinks
for 10 seconds.

6. Maintain
Foreign objects on the LED or sensor may cause decrease acceptance
rate. To make sure the bill acceptor always works smoothly,please
clean the internal parts regularly.

To clean the internal parts :


1. Turn Bill Acceptor off.
2. Open the cover assembly as shown by the pTSPure.
3. Use a soft, dry cloth or towel to clean the bill path.
