Summer Special : Non-Dairy Lassi (Without curd)
Ingredients:
• 1 cup thin cold coconut milk or any nut milk of your choice
• 2-3 mint leaves, chopped finely
• ¼ teaspoon roasted cumin seeds
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice, or to taste
• Salt to taste (optional)
Serves: 1
Time: 5 minutes
Method:
• Mix all the ingredients in the coconut milk.
• Serve!
Tip: Trick in this lassi is lemon juice; it gives coconut lassi the sourness of dairy lassi, most people are habitual of.
Same way, you can also prepare ‘raita’ by adding chopped cucumber, onion and tomato, etc. But do not forget to add
lemon juice.
