Atlas Copco Worldwide Warranty

Your Atlas Copco product and Your Atlas Copco genuine parts are covered by this
Worldwide of Material and Workmanship issued by Atlas Copco Airpower, Wiljrik,
Belgium.

For Machine: The warranty covers defects in Atlas Copco products and Atlas Copco
genuine parts caused by faulty material or workmanship. It only covers those defects
that appear within the warranty period. This 12 (twelve) months from the date of
commissioning, but maximum 18 (eighteen) months from the date of Bill of Landing
or equal documents.

For Spare Parts: The warranty period for Atlas Copco spare parts is 6 months from
the date the part has been mounted on the unit, but no more than 12 months after
the delivery date from the factory.
This Worldwide Warranty is only valid if the Atlas Copco product is used for the
purpose for which it is designed, and if the product is commissioned, operated and
maintained in accordance with the original manufacturer's instruction and service
manual.

The Worldwide Warranty covers the remedying of any accepted warranty defect by
qualified service authorized by Atlas Copco. It also covers the costs for spare parts and
labour needed to replace defective item including cost for transport and insurance.
However, it does not cover consumables such as oil, fuel, anti-freeze; it does not cover
normal wearing parts such as hoses, belts, seals, o-rings, tyres, couplings and clamps.
The Worldwide Warranty does not cover the traveling expenses and daily
subsistence allowance of Atlas Copco authorized staff that makes repairs or
replacements on your premises or worksite.

If you have to make a claim within the terms of Atlas Copco Worldwide Warranty,
You must write to Atlas Copco supplier within 8 (eight) days from the date of
the defect or fault. You are to give Atlas Copco staff every facility for inspecting and
remedying the claimed defect or fault.

Atlas Copco's liability, under the terms of this Worldwide Warranty, does not extend to
in respect of injury, damage to property, loss of profit, or any consequential damage.

Atlas Copco Service or Workshop warranty can be claimed with in 24 hrs machine
continuous run after the maintenance done.

All deliveries of Atlas Copco products and genuine parts are made in accordance
with the General for the Supply of Plant and Machinery for Export prepared under
the auspices of the United Nations Commission for Europe, Geneva, March 1953,
as adopted by Atlas Copco. In the event of any dispute disagreement in respect
of the Worldwide Warranty, the Orgalime S 2000 are to apply.
