Abstract
The purpose of our research is to identify the connectivity problems face by the wireless internet
users. Wireless internet is the upcoming technology which is emerging day by day and time is
near when wireless net will take over the conventional cable internet as wireless internet is more
beneficial for the user. Like other things it is not now perfect but by giving a serious attention it
can be free of errors as now a day’s most of work is on the wireless technology.

We choose the wireless internet issue because internet now days is widely used as a convenient
source of data gathering and interconnecting with the global world for the purpose of
information seeking and communication. Wireless internet connection is the new boost in the
technology as it helps to gather the information and it is just not limited to that it also helps to
improve the life of its citizens by facilitating delivery of education, health and
telecommunications, and cost effective business solutions. Wireless internet services were
launched in Pakistan initially in 2007 on small scale with the issuance of license by government
of Pakistan. . Our study is based on the problems occur in the wireless connectivity, so main
reason for conducting the study is to improve the wireless connectivity that benefits for both the
service provider and the consumer.

We chose the quantitative data technique in our research work, for that we conduct the survey or
questionnaire in different schools, colleges and universities of Karachi. The Population we
concern in our research is completely homogeneous which covers only the students of schools,
colleges and universities of Karachi. The only students include which are using the wireless
internet connection. We construct our survey in a way that we can easily inference the problems
face by the students by using the wireless internet, as wireless internet is the next future for the
internet users and its problems must be rectify in order to have a better facility for the net users
in the near future.

Finally with the help of our research, we conclude that the vast amount of work is need to be
done in the field of wireless internet because its user frequently suffer with different sort of issue
varies from speed to the signal or in one word they suffer with the connectivity problem. By over
coming to this issues just not beneficial to the customer but also equally useful for the service
provider because they can able to improve their business as well and secondly wireless net is the
demand of the future and if they want to stay in business they need to sort out the issues. So
wireless internet need attention as it’s the demand of the future source of the information
gathering and communication.
