END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA")

IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between You
(either an individual or a single entity) and Thornton Tomasetti, Inc. “Software” is identified as Platypus
for Grasshopper (Version 0.0.1.0 and subsequent versions) and includes any user's guide,
any associated components associates with software, any media, any other printed materials and any "online" or
electronic documentation (collectively "Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you
agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the
Software and remove any copies from your computer.

1. All Rights Reserved: Except as expressly provided otherwise in this EULA, title, ownership and all rights and
interest including, without limitation, copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets and other intellectual
property rights, in and to the Software and any authorized copies made by You remain with Thornton
Tomasetti, Inc.

2. License: Without charge, You may use and make verbatim copies of the Software; give exact copies of the
original Software to anyone; and distribute the Software in its unmodified form via electronic means. Your
distribution of the Software will not entitle you to any compensation from Thornton Tomasetti, Inc. You must
distribute a copy of this EULA with any copy of the Software and anyone to whom you distribute the Software is
subject to this EULA. The copyright designation shown above must be shown on all copies of the Software.

3. Restrictions: You may not, nor permit any third party, to:

3.1. reverse engineer, modify, de-compile, or disassemble the Software.

3.2. sell, rent and/or lease the Software and/or represent in any way that You or such third party are selling,
renting and/or leasing the Software.

3.3. use the Software to perform any unauthorized transfer of information or for any illegal purpose.

4. No Warranties: Thornton Tomasetti, Inc. expressly disclaims any warranty for the Software. THE SOFTWARE
AND ANY RELATED DOCUMENTATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT. ANY AND ALL
RISK ARISING OUT OF USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE REMAINS SOLELY WITH YOU.

5. Limitation On Any Liability: You agree that under no circumstances shall Thornton Tomasetti, Inc. (or its
affiliates or any of their owners, directors, members, officers and employees) (collectively “TT Parties”) be liable
to You for any damages under any theory of law and You waive and release any such claims. Without limiting
the extent of such release and waiver, You further agree that in no event, unless required by applicable law,
shall TT Parties have any liability for any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages, loss of profits,
revenue, data, or cost of cover. The limitations of liability in this section shall apply to any damages, however
caused and regardless of the theory of liability, whether derived from contract, tort (including, but not limited to,
negligence), or otherwise, even if the licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages and
regardless of whether the limited remedies available hereunder fail of their essential purpose.

6. End Of License: You may terminate this EULA by: i) permanently transferring all of your rights under this
EULA, provided the recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA; or ii) removing and/or destroying all copies of
the Software in your possession or control. Without prejudice to any other rights, Thornton Tomasetti, Inc. may
terminate this EULA, if you fail to comply with its terms and conditions. In such event, all copies of the Software
in your possession must be removed from your computer systems and destroyed.
