PART I. Opening

 The meeting was held at the school’s faculty office at exactly 8 in the morning, upon the
completion of the arrival of the members of SPT. It commenced with asking for blessing, guidance
and grace through a prayer led by Mr. Aguiles S. Escobar, the faculty president. It was followed by
the singing of national anthem led by Miss Zenmar L. Gendive, the faculty secretary.

 Mrs. Jovy A. Bada, the school’s Officer-in-Charge, welcomed all the participants with words
explaining that the session is conducted to assess the implementation of the projects, not only in
assessment of quality but also assessment of governance.

 After the welcome address is the statement of purpose by the school head, Dr. John Michael A.
Tuyor. Before proceeding with his main statements, he acknowledged first the participants,
highlighting his appreciation of their presence despite their hectic schedule.

 He emphasized that the session isn’t only for the assessment of the projects implements for the
current school year but also to come up with an agreement on the budget proposal for the year
2020. It will also be expected that there will be another session that may be scheduled on the first
week of December to determine the priority projects for the next school year.

 The discussion of the projects, whether they are achieved already, with their expected issues and
challenges would be included in the meeting. Everyone was also encouraged to provide suggestions
for the recommendations. The monitoring form, which was distributed, must be filled with entries.

 To break the monotony of the program, an Energizer filled the air with the participants dancing
with the beat.

 Prior to the SLAC Proper, a message was delivered by the barangay captain, Hon. Joel B. Bornes.
He gave his greetings and words of thanks to all of those who participated. In his speech, he
highlighted the difference between the previous and present projects that the school had
implemented. He also expressed his hope that Dr. Tuyor would stay longer so that there will be
more changes for the school’s betterment.
PART II. SLAC Proper
MOOE
 The SLAC Proper followed, which was carried out by the school head. It began with the MOOE
Report of the previous school year, both in Junior and High School. The different areas where the

1
money was divided and dedicated were itemized. This includes the Traveling, Training, Electricity,
Janitorial, Security, Fidelity Bond, Other Supplies, Printing/Publication and others.

 Once all the expenses would be liquidated, the budget for the months of October, November
and December will then be requested to be downloaded. The estimated budget for the Senior

will be allocated.

 Suggestions opened during the meeting: there shall be two (2) guards to be compensated to attend
the school’s premise: one to be on duty in the morning and one in the afternoon. For the printing
and publication, since there are available printers already, the school shall provide

 The proceeds of the money that will be gathered from the pageant will be used for the school’s
perimeter fence.

Annual Implementation Project (AIP)

 Each project for the next school year were scrutinized carefully by the members of the school
planning team.

 First project: Project HINT (Hiring of Non-Teaching Personnel). The currently employed school
guard paid by the school extends his duty for another twelve (12) hours, which do not equate
with his meager salary. It was recommended that additional guard should be hired. The
compensation will be taken from the schools MOOE and part of it will be from PTA. The guards
that would be hired should be from the family of the land donors of the school and must have a
good background.

 Second Project: Project PROTE (Promotion of Teaching Personnel) – It is hoped that within this
school year, one teacher will be promoted to Teacher 2. There is lacking of teachers for MAPEH
and Math subjects. All the teachers are recommended to study Masters Level. For the documents,
the Transcript of Records (TOR) must reflect “For Promotion”. On the part of the students, the
incoming Grade 11 students, currently the Grade 10, should be divided into two considering their
number in the class.

 Third Project: Project BLOOM (Build Landscaping on our Midst) – The school is surrounded with
sloped area, making it hard to improve the landscape and would require higher allocation. The
school is currently under construction, making it hard to focus on the landscaping project. For
the meantime, the front of the senior high school building will be given attention first.

 Fourth project: Project LEAF (Lifting Endeavour Around Flowers) – which is to be taken care of
by the classroom advisers.

 Fifth project: Project SET (Standardizing Education Through Training) – Recently, the Division
office conducted a training on Phil-IRI at Lapinigan National High School. Unfortunately, because
of the unstable signal and delay of messages, the school was not able to send a teacher to attend
in the training. On the other hand, the Gender and Development (GAD) Training won’t be
conducted yet during the semester break; hopefully a time will be scheduled for this training.

 Sixth Project: Project HHP (Health and Hygiene Practices) – This is in relation to the proper
segregation of wastes in the school. There will be a construction of MRF in the area where the
small canteen is constructed. After the implementation of this, the garbage collection project will
follow.

 Seventh Project: Project IPF (Improvement of School Facilities) – The question on why the main
gate lacks overhead structure was raised, and it was to make the ten-wheeler trucks get through
the school without any problems. As mentioned in the previous projects, the money earned from
the pageant will be used for the building of school’s perimeter fence. The five (5) classrooms also
are currently under repair. Therefore, the focus will be on the construction of two (2) reading
hubs so that all grade levels will now have their own area to study and maintain.

2
 Eighth project: Project EQUIP (Ensure Quality Units, Increase Performance) – senior and junior
high school already have their own speakers, so there’s no need to add more speaker.

 Ninth Project: Project HELD (Holistic Exposure for Learners’’ Development) – to develop the
skills and unveil the potential of the students in different areas, the division annually conducts
different competitions and events. In Science, the school was able to send participants despite the
lack of budget. The same in DSPC, Athletic Meet where some students were sent to compete.
However, the school still needs to participate more in other activities, such as the DAGAST,
DFOT, Technolympics and many others to enable the other students to participate and showcase
their talents.

 Tenth Project: Project EPN (Enhancement Program for NAT) – in order to improve the
performance of the students in the National Achievement Test, the students shall have series of
tests to ensure mastery of the concepts, particularly the Grade 10 students.

 Eleventh Project: Project Technologies for Reading Difficulty (TRD) – this was the least prioritized
project as the school lacks facilities for technology that caters this needs.

 Twelfth Project: Governance (School Head’s Development Program) – this is on the part of the
school head. It was suggested during this part that there should be an office where the supplies
will be placed. Surplus materials will not be purchased for the next disbursement.

 Thirteenth Project: Project PART (Partnership Always Revives Teamwork) – it was emphasized
that the assembly should be updated always, there should be State of the School Head Address
(SOSA), PTA Assembly be regularly conducted and schedule of the labor force shall be observed.

PART III. Closing

 After all the projects in the AIP were discussed, the issues and concerns were raised again for
further clarification.

 The notion on having 100 pesos penalty for the parents who will not attend the General Pahina
will be opened during the next assembly.

 Utility should be hired to take care of the various school belongings. He must render his service
in morning and afternoon during weekends.

 For the perimeter fence, the area along the diversion road will be prioritized for the meantime
for construction. The proposed elevation shall have seven (7) piles and on the top of it will be the
barbed wire, in contrast to the first suggestion of having cyclone.

 The session ended affably with conformity from each member of the SPT and a prayer for the
food served for lunch.
