I. OVERTURE

Anislagan National High School supports the aims and plans


of the Schools Division of Agusan del Sur to sustain the delivery
of quality, accessible, relevant and liberating basic education
services for all secondary school-age learners in the midst of
COVID-19 pandemic via non-F2F learning options appropriate
to learners’ context and instructional capabilities of schools.

3.1 School
Context
 Location and distance of the School
Anislagan National High School is a six (6) hectare land located
within the vicinity of Barangay Anislagan, San Luis, Agusan del Sur.
It is approximately 18 kilometers from the Poblacion of San Luis; 18
kilometers away from the neighboring city of Bayugan and 60
kilometers away from the Provincial Government Center. The school
has sloped agricultural land area in which some parts are cultivated.

The school could be reached by an innovated single motor cycle
called habal-habal at about an hour or a half depending on some
factors. The road is almost paved yet some areas aren’t yet but still
can be accessed in all weather conditions.

Aside from the natural hazards like landslides during rainy
days, learners face this year a threat with great vulnerability due
to pandemic brought by the virus COVID-19. For this reason, the
school has adhered to the Minimum Health Standards and
Protocols;

Context
 Status of Personnel Development
Some teachers are working from home using online platforms
(FB messenger, Google Meet, Zoom, online conferencing apps,
mobile phones text and call,) as a means of communicating work
updates and assignments, while some teachers are reporting
physically to school with strict observance to proper health
protocols and guidelines.

To cope with the current situation, teachers were encouraged to
attend and have attended DepEd and non DepEd webinars. Some
teachers were also assigned to develop learning activity sheets to
be submitted to the district.

facilities.

- Involves individualized instruction that allows learners to use self-learning modules

4.1.1 Learning Delivery Matrix

The distribution and retrieval of the modules will be on Mondays. All the
teachers will be required to be on duty in the said schedule. On Tuesdays to
Thursdays, the teachers will have a rotational duty. Fridays will be scheduled for
the SLAC.
The teachers will be assigned to certain areas for the distribution and
retrieval. There shall be dropping centers in each area where the parents can
submit and retrieve the modules/AS.

Upon the distribution, the parents will also be given class program for them to be
guided in the activities that the learners will take daily.

On the other hand, teachers will be on duty in school on the day they are
assigned to address questions and clarifications of the parents pertaining to the
given activities.

Upon retrieval and distribution of modules also, the parents are required to fill
in the log book for tracking.

Learning Outcome
• Upon the retrieval of the modules/activity sheets, the teachers will have to report to school.

• Another drop boxes will be placed in the faculty which are labelled per subject area and grade level.

• The retrieved modules/AS will be placed in their corresponding boxes. Teachers handling the subjects
will take the materials either on the same day or the day they are assigned for checking.

• The rating of the learners’ outputs will be given by their subject teachers.
