Re: PO20150619-Xinwei

1. CFOCN provides the service of converting aerial cables into underground duct system
in Phnom Penh crossing street Oknha Suor Srun as per basic information attached
hereinafter:

Notes: The final duct space distance for settlement shall be measurement result
shown in PAC from manhole to manhole. A Payment Confirmation Letter shall be
issued at the time of PAC issuance, in which the distance and the corresponding total
price are finalized.

3. The unit price of the duct space exclusively for this project construction hereof shall be
20 US dollars per meter, subject to the following conditions:
1) Chargeable Duct Space hereby is only the distance of duct space from manhole
crossing road to the corresponding manhole;
2) CFOCN undertakes the items below:
A) Labor Fee of Laying Cables;
B) Duct from each man (hand) hole to the nearest pole;
C) Man(hand) hole;
D) Costs of stretching up PVC pipe to the pole.
3) The unit price of 20 US dollars per meter for the duct space shall not contain the
following parts:
A) Optic Fiber Cables or TV Cables;
B) Joint box;
C) Costs of splicing cables.

4. Xinwei shall pay off the total service price hereof within seven (7) working days upon
the receipt of relevant invoices issued by CFOCN.
5. All pricing in these PO not include VAT.
