Only the Beatles and Garth Books have sold more albums in the United
States in all of history than Elvis Presley and his prolific career even led
him to make his first steps in the world of cinema. An industry for which
he worked a lot in the 60s filming movies and creating soundtracks.
King Creole (The neighborhood against me), Love me tend or The rock of
the jail are some of the films that appear in the filmography of Elvis Presley
Elvis Presley was also the protagonist of the first concert broadcast on
television worldwide via satellite. Some 1.5 billion people watched Aloha
from Hawaii live. That was in 1973, four years before he died at 42 years of
age. The last stage of Elvis Presley was characterized by his health
problems caused by an excessive consumption of medicines. And perhaps
this was the reason for the supposed attack that ended the life of the king
of rock and roll, which was found inert in his mansion in Memphis on
August 16, 1977.
