Presley is one of the most celebrated and
influential musicians of the 20th century.
Commercially successful in many genres,
including pop, country, blues, and gospel, he
is the best-selling solo artist in the history of
recorded music.
INFULENCES
Elvis' musical influences were the pop and
country music of the time, the gospel music
he heard in church and at the all-night
gospel sings he frequently attended, and
the black R&B he absorbed on historic
Beale Street as a Memphis teenager.
 He won three competitive Grammys,
received the 
Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award at
age 36, and has been inducted into 
multiple music halls of fame.
LIFESTYLE
Being a rock and roll king and an actor he was
introduced to drugs in early phase of his career.
With a sound and style that uniquely combined
Elvis' diverse musical influences and blurred
and challenged the social and racial barriers of
the time
Elvis did everything to excess, he had massive
appetite for food, sex, drugs and rock and roll.
EXPOSURE TO DRUG
After the break up with his wife Elvis health
condition was increasingly unwell.
He was served up whatever pills he wanted by
sycophantic doctors and was in total denial
about his addictions.
CAUSE OF DEATH
A tell-all book released just days before his
death, which exposed his reported drug abuse.
In the book, titled Elvis: What Happened?
He was in the influence of the different
pharmaceutical drugs.
Although his death was claimed to be a heart
failure, later toxicology reports identified high
levels of several pharmaceutical drugs in his
system.
