ADVISORY
Dear Participant,

Welcome to the 2019 Public Sector HR Symposium!

For your proper guidance in attending this event, we are providing you with the following
information:

REGISTRATION

 Registration starts at exactly 7:00 o’clock in the morning of July 24, 2019 at the Registration
Area, PICC Lobby, Ground Floor.

 Upon arrival at the venue, you are required to do the following:

1. Present your ID and Proof of Payment and have your name checked at the
Registration and Kits Distribution Area. Please do not forget to bring the clear
photocopy (each participant) or duplicate copy of your DEPOSIT SLIP, BANK-
VALIDATED LDDAP ADA or OFFICIAL RECEIPT. (For non-LBP eMDS
enrolled agencies, proof of payment without clear bank-validation, showing time
and date of the transaction, will not be accepted. More than the bank-received
stamp, bank validation must be indicated.) Only paid participants will be accepted
to the symposium.

2. Claim your symposium kit (Inside the bag are the Programme, ID, Ballpen, Notepad,
Meal Stubs, Exhibit Raffle Stub, Concurrent Session Selection Form, Commitment
Sheet and Baller). Please keep your meal stubs as these must be presented upon
claiming your meals during break time. Strictly one stub per meal will be issued to
participants.

3. Select four (4) Concurrent Sessions you wish to attend on Day 2, July 25, 2019 and
claim your Concurrent Sessions stubs (First come-first served basis) at the
Concurrent Session Selection Area located at the Bridgeway of PICC. The stubs
shall be presented at the entrance of the designated concurrent session rooms.

 Should there be a need for further verification, participants are advised to proceed to HELP
DESK.
EXHIBIT

Participants are encouraged to attend the Opening of the Exhibit Booths which will be held on
July 24, 2019, 10:00 a.m. at the 2nd Floor, EXECUTIVE LOUNGE. The Exhibit will feature programs
and services of participating 25 EXHIBITORS from Government Agencies, Learning and
Development Institutions and foreign Universities.

An Exhibit raffle stub is provided for each participant and it must be signed by all Exhibitors. Once
fully done, drop the stub on designated BOXES to qualify for the raffle draw of prizes.

PLENARY AND CONCURRENT SESSIONS

 Opening Program for the 2019 Public Sector HR Symposium will start at 1:00 p.m. on
July 24, 2019. Plenary Sessions will be held at the Plenary Hall, Ground Floor, Philippine
International Convention Center (PICC), Pasay City. For Concurrent Sessions on July 25,
2019, participants will proceed to the ten (10) designated Concurrent Session Rooms
located at the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor of the PICC. Attached is the Symposium’s Programme for
reference.

MEALS

 Meals will be served on the following schedules and venue

PRIME HRM AWARDING AND FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM /DINNER

 After the last Plenary Session on Day 1, the PRIME HRM Awarding Ceremony will follow at
5:00 – 6:30 PM at the Plenary Hall, Ground Floor of the PICC. Participants who will only be
attending the ceremony and have paid P900.00 shall secure their meal stubs at the
Registration Area prior to the Awarding Ceremony. For participants of the 2019 Public
Sector HR Symposium, your meal stub is part of the Kits given at the Registration Area.

 A Fellowship Program/Dinner will follow from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Reception Hall.

ATTIRE

 You are encouraged to come in smart casual attire.

OFFICIAL RECEIPTS

 Official Receipts may be claimed at the Cashier Area, PICC Lobby from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
on July 25, 2019 (Day 2).
CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION

 A Certificate of Completion (with credits of 16 training hours in Leadership and


Management) will be given only to participants who have been present during the
90% training hours of the Program and have made payments prior to the event.
Distribution of certificates starts at 8:00 o’clock in the morning of July 26, 2019.

ACCOMMODATION

 The Registration Fee of P9,600.00 DOES NOT INCLUDE accommodation. You are advised to
directly coordinate with the hotel of your choice. You may want to refer to the attached list
of hotel options with their corresponding rates.
