Computer Controlled Straight Knife Machine

Purpose: In this machine, cutting knife movement is controlled by a computer. It is used for fast and accurate
cutting of components. It is suitable for large scale production.
Components:
Computerized Embroidery Machine

Computerized Embroidery machines are designed to stitch the selected design and all the operator must do
is place the garment. A computer network can interface and control multiple single-head machines so that
each machine can run completely different embroidery program at the same time. This allows manufacturer to
customize their services and produce very small order as needed by their customer.

Single Head Embroidery Machine

Purpose: Manually operated machine depend on skilled operators to position and manipulate material under
the needle. For example, to stitch a small order of three on a large multi-head machine wastes capacity that
could better be used for large orders.

Components:

Multi Head Embroidery Machine

Purpose: These machines are used to produce design with the help of thread on fabric surface. Modern
embroidery machines are mostly computer controlled and exclusively designed for embroidery. The
embroidery machines normally comprise a frame that holds the framed area of fabric with tension below the
sewing needle and automatically moves it to make a preprogrammed design which is saved in the machine.
