I am currently attending a Health Science program at Durham College Oshawa Campus with a goal to
enter nursing and become a nurse. I am bilingual and I like working with people. I am hardworking with
three years work experience that required strong customer service skills, organization and a high level of
accuracy and determination to complete assigned work. I am interested in working with your company I

CASHIER AND FILLER, BOWMANVILLE CLINIC PHARMACY
 Worked at the front counter answering questions, greeting customers and ringing sales into
the cash register.
 Organized supplies and sales.
 Answered pharmacy phone calls.
 Directed and assisted customers to where items were located.
 Stocked shelves and ordered over the counter items, drinks, and candies when the store
was running low.
 Ensured narcotic prescription prescriptions were issued with a valid piece of government
ID, and had the customer sign that the prescription was picked up.

GRADE 3 FRENCH IMMERSION CO-OP, DUKE OF CAMBRIDGE MS. BOWMANVILLE
As part of my high school education I did a co-op placement with a french immersion class. I
was a teachers’ assistant, who was able to speak french to the students, and help as needed. I
received 95 as my final mark in this course. Some duties included below:
 Marked tests.
 Photocopied spelling tests, word work, and spelling practice for another teacher Ms.
Douglas.
 Tested students on reading and assessed their reading level.
 Taught a lesson.
 Helped students with any schoolwork.
 Monitored students during lunch and break.
 Made new math worksheets.

JULY 2016– AUGUST 2017

CAMP COUNSELLOR, JANET LANG ART CAMP
I was a camp counsellor for two summers with Janet Lange’s art camp. I worked with different
groups of children and led different activities. Some duties listed below:
 Ensured all kids of the camp were safe and entertained by game, arts and crafts etc.
  Reported any issues or incidents.
 Helped clean up art room, staff room, gym and bathroom at the end of each day.
 Facepainted.
