Reflection (to be completed after discussion of Peer Review with colleague): e.g. how did you feel about
conducting a formal observation? How did your colleague feel about being observed? How did you feel about
discussing your observations with your colleague after the lesson? How did your colleague react to your
assessment? Did she agree with your evaluation? Which of the suggestions you made will your colleague apply in
her next lesson? Do you and your colleague feel that this was a valuable experience? Why/Why not?

Making a peer can be benefit for the observer in many different ways. Like sometimes we are using some strategies
and we fell its 100% right, however if someone observed us, he might see the weakness. As I saw Esra was reinforce
the students by putting a star on their hand, it was not really appropriate because students lose it at the same time,
better to put it on their work. When I was discussing with Esra, we found out that our view of teaching is resemble.
When I was telling her the mistake that she made it, she was willing to accept my thought and try to fix it. It is using
ClassDojo all time not in the end part only. At the end Esra thought this is one of the most important things, because
it will motivate students from the begging at the end

After I have observed Esra, I found out its important to observe someone who is at your age and have the same
view that you have. I have learned from Esra its very essential to have an appropriate amount for any resource for
the students. When I discussed this with Esra, she was listening to my advice kindly, she thought that I am 100
percent correct. I told her that to bring enough gifts because there were 2 boys who answered and Esra told them
you will get a gift, then we she was searching for it, she could not find. I saw this make the students unconfident.
Esra said she felt that too, and later on she will bring more gifts.

There many advantages of making peer observation. It’s given the observed to see what the student teacher can’t
see, it will develop the observer skills, it will she the student teacher the what is her area of development. While I
was observing my friend, she was more confident and ready for the lesson. I have learned that its boring to say one
positive word in the while lesson, it’s better to say a different word. Our views were almost the same. We I discuss
this with my friend, she was agreed with me and was thinking about other different words that she can use them.
