ROYAL LUBRICANTS GREASES
Synthetic Greases
ROYCO 11MS high load grease for landing gear. A smooth, general purpose aircraft grease containing molybdenum disulfide, a highly refined mineral base oil, oxidation and
corrosion inhibitors, and a non-soap thickener. Ideal for use on highly loaded steel-on-steel surfaces requiring resistance to rust and corrosion (e.g., bogie pivot pins and other
landing gear assemblies). Should not be used on high speed bearing applications without prior performance evaluation.
ROYCO 13CF ball and roller bearing grease - extreme wide temperature ranges. An inert PTFE-thinkened greased utilizing a polysiloxane (silicone) oil together with
additives for rust, oxidation, and corrosion resistance. Excellent low ans high temperature proerties and low volatility as well as water washout resistance and superior
mechanical stability make this grease an excellent choice in lightly loaded anti-friction bearings, actuators, and controls where continuous extreme variations in temperature may
be encountered.
ROYCO 22MS synthetic high load grease - wide temperature ranges. This synthetic hydrocarbon-based grease in a non-soap type thickener contains both graphite and
molybdenum disulfide, Royco 22MS is fortified with rust, oxidation, and corrosion inhibitors, water washout resistance, and enhanced laod carrying capacity. It is recommended
for use in gearbox, splines, and heavily loaded sliding steel-on-steel surfaces where the solid load carrying additive package will prevent or delay seizure in the event of
inadequate lubrication.
ROYCO 32 fuel, solvent, and oil-resistant grease. This stiff textured synthetic oil-based grease is fortified with a lithium soap type thickener to resist washoff by fuels, oils,
hydrocarbon solvents, and high pressure steam or water. Royco 32 contains additives for oxidation and corrosion resistance as well as tackifiers to resist mechanical removal of
the lubricant. This grease is recommended for lubricating high pressure valves, as a gasket or sealing aid for pumps and gearboxes, and as a plug valve lubricant where fuel, oil,
alcohol, and steam or water resistance are required. Royco 32 is not recommended for applications requiring an antiwear additive package.
ROYCO 43 pneumatic systems grease. A lithium soap thickened, oil-based grease with good oxidation resistance, moisture and corrosion protection, and lubricity - especially
at low temperatures, Royco 43 is an excellent choice for the lubrication of rubber-on-metal surfaces. Has little or no effect on elastomers. Recommended for use on assemblies
such as pressurized bulkhead seals and grommets as well as other applications requiring rubber-to-metal lubrication.
ROYCO 44 graphite and petrolatum anti-seize and thread compound. This compound is a stiff, charcoal grey lubricant with microfine graphite in a petrolatum base. Royco
44 can prevent seizure and overtorque conditions in such fasteners as engine mounting hardware and brake assemblies, It is specified in many aircraft and engine maintenance
procedures.

OILS MOBIL
Aviation Lubricants
Mobil® Jet Oil 254 synthetic aircraft-type gas turbine lubricant. MIL-L-23699E APPROVED. Mobil Jet Oil is a third-generation synthetic lubricant made from a specially
prepared hindered-ester base stock fortified with a special chemical additive package. The result is a product have superior thermal and oxidation stability that resists
deterioration and deposit formation, while maintaining the physical characteristics required by builder and military specifications. Because of this, the physical properties of Mobil
Jet Oil 254 are similar to currently available, earlier-generation turbine lubricants.
Mobil® Jet Oil II aircraft-type gas turbine lubricant. MIL-L-23699C APPROVED. Mobil Jet Oil II gas turbine lubricant is a combination of a highly stable synthetic base fluid
and a unique chemical additive package. The combination provides outstanding thermal and oxidative stability to resist deterioration and deposit formation in both the liquid and
vapor phases, as well as excellent resistance to foaming. Mobil Jet Oil II is compatible with other synthetic gas turbine lubricants meeting MIL-L-23699E. However, mixing with
other products is not recommended because the blend would result in some loss of performance characteristics of Mobil Jet Oil II. Mobil Jet Oil II is compatible with all metals
used in gas turbine construction, as well as F Rubber (Viton A), H Rubber (Buna N), and silicone seal materials.

AEROSHELL Oils are approved for use in all four-cycle aircraft engines that DO NOT require ashless dispersant (AD Type) oils.
PERFORMANCE BENEFITS
• AEROSHELL Oils are straight mineral oils blended with selected HVI paraffinic basestocks and the include a pour point depressant additive to provide improved
fluidity at lower temperatures
• HVI Paraffinic Basestocks provide outstanding oil film strength and viscosity under most operating conditions.
• SAE J 1966 Approval assures these lubricants have been thoroughly tested and evaluated to provide excellent lubrication in aircraft piston engines not requiring
ashless dispersant type oils.
Note: For older aircraft engines please consult the engine builder’s manual for specific lubrication recommendations and specifications.
PERFORMANCE SUMMARY
• SAE J-1966 (formerly MIL-L-6082E) Approved
• Aviation Viscosity Grades 80, 100, and 120

Phillips 66 Type M Aviation Oils are designed for use in aviation engines where the operator prefers continued use of all-mineral
type oil. It does not contain dispersant type additives. This oil can be used as break-in oil for newly overhauled engines when an oil
of this type is recommended. Break-in oil is normally accomplished in less than 25 hours of engine operation. When compared to
single-grade oils, Type M Aviation Oil 20W-50 offers improved cold temperature starting, quicker flow of oil to the cold engine, plus
a full bodied oil for high-temperature, high-load operation.

It is a 3 ply cloth which is widely used in the aerospace industry. Its cotton fibers are of high quality CL107 Lint-free rags 25 lbs/pkg
and low-linting and non-abrasive. Rimple Cloth is one of the most durable products available for
cleaning and polishing and is strong enough to withstand industrial wiping and polishing with a
variety of cleaning solvents. The unique crimped finish gives Rimple Cloth more surface area for
collecting and trapping dirt particles. In addition, the cloth’s super soft texture and stretchable
construction give it excellent surface conformity and memory. Its firmly twisted yarns and open
weave also help eliminate foreign particles on the surface of the cloth by absorbing these particles
into the open cell construction. It is one of the most durable products available for cleaning and
polishing. AFF’s controlled and unique purification process produces a very absorbent wiper that is
compatible with cleaning solvents.
