Dear Mr. Ben

My name is Taiba Mešić, I’m from Bijela, a place near Jablanica. First I would like to write something
about myself.
In May 2014 I finished in Jablanica Gymnasium with an excellent note.
Since Semptember 2014 I study on the Faculty of Human Sciences/Humanities, University Džemal
Bijedić in Mostar, German Language and Literature, and I can say that I’m excellent at my studies. I’m
now on my last year of studies.
Through the studies I learned a lot, our studies helped us to learn how to work in groups, and I become
through the presentations more productive.
While I’m like I said excellent at my studies, I decided to find a job that will help me to speak German
language better.
Since May 2016, I work for “goCloud”. It’s a customer care, I make telephone calls and solove all
problems with the delivery of their newspaper. Through the time I learned what my clients want and I
quickly solve their problems so they end the call very satisfied.
In the newspaper I saw that there is a new place are for a new practitioner in a company. This company
has the same work description like “goCloud”, but it requires better language knowledge, so I applied
for it and now I’m waiting for their response.
I always try to work on my language skills and accept every job opportunity, if it would be helpful for
my future.
I have very good verbal and written communication skills, confident speaking abilities. I can also say
that I’m an excellent listener, creative in writing. For my good communication skills is my job deserved.
I can really say that I’m self-motivated, I have teamwork capabilities. I’m used to work under pressure,
and in my work I’m always flexible and adaptability.
Bosnian is my mother language, I also have a level B2 in English language, and C1, C2 in German
language.
For my job I needed to be good at my computer skills, so I challenged myself to learn and become better
at it.
Like I said I’m confident and ready for every challenge that comes in my way.
