During the stage of adolescence where physical, social, psychological and structural changes happen
either to motivate or not to do sports activities. Most likely university students life stuck with the
start of their studies and characterized by sedentary behavior.

Hackney said that morning is the best time to exercise. Exercise in the early morning can make body
and mind improve physical abilities and skills. Hackney add that there is no bad time to exercise. The
most crucial is to find the time to exercise where suits.
