Investment Proposal

Hello Dear Friend,

Thank you both for the opportunity to collaborate with you. As we’ve discussed, I would like to formalise a
mutually beneficial partnership.

As you are aware, Growora is a platform where teachers, coaches and healers are able to create and share
inspiring content. Part of our strategy to grow brand awareness and revenue is to facilitate the content
production here in Bali.

We will allocate significant time and energy encouraging interesting people to create content with us and
would like to give our contributors access to the amazing creative facilities on offer at Genesis Creative Centre
(our production partners) – at a significantly subsidized cost.

We will offer creators up to 90% discount on Genesis’ listed prices, under the agreement that all content
produced under these pretences will be usable by Growora on both our platform and YouTube channel. We
then pay the contributors 70% of the advertising revenue for content produced exclusively for Growora, or
50% of the revenue for content that will also published elsewhere.

This is naturally an attractive proposition for someone looking to build an income creating and producing
professional content – but with minimal access/budget for professional equipment. Therefore we envision a
reasonably high uptake of the offer and would like to develop a structured workflow in alignment with that
demand.

WHAT THE INVESTMENT WILL BE USED FOR

Growora run’s co-branded Genesis ads and accepts We verify the creator’s intentions, their professional
bookings via Growora.com for certain amounts of experience and then book them into the Genesis
hours/days/times. We charge 10% of total booking cost calendar via your website requesting a certain set up for
to cover ad costs. example podcasting, or camera & green screen.

Video goes into our editorial workflow where it’s The creator comes to Genesis, signs in as per the usual
trimmed, edited and published. Each video will be clearly process. We will subsidize a member of staff onsite
marked with a Growora/Genesis/Your Brand end credits assisting the creator with the production and ensuring
and a link to all websites (massive of exposure) files are kept on a portable hard drive.

We publish and promote the video on social media, YouTube pays us for the month before on the 25th of
various video platforms, blogs etc. and wait for the every month. We then pay the creator 70% or 50%
revenue, views and shares to accumulate. depending on the exclusivity agreement. We pay our
investor monthly dividends as outlined below.
REPAYMENT PROPOSAL

In exchange for a cash investment, I would like to propose three different repayment scenarios;

Option 1 $20,000 Investment (3% share of the total YouTube ad revenue for 5 years)

Option 2 $35,000 Investment (3% share of the total YouTube ad revenue for 10 years)

Option 3 $100,000 Investment (3% share of the total YouTube ad revenue for 15 years)

• Paid out directly into your bank account at the end of every month (after one more processing time).
• Your website will be linked to in all published videos, both within the video and within the
description. Planting many seeds.
• You will have access to use snippets of content for social media marketing.
• Sponsorship opportunities and opportunity to reinvest into the platform.

Whilst I understand the latter is somewhat more risky then the former, to put it into perspective the Growora
YouTube channel earns around $0.01 per view based on the last 365 days. We currently have in excess of
32,000 subscribers which grows around 500-1000 per month.

Let’s say, one video was to go viral and generates 1.3m views per year (as per above), that single video would
generate around $485 (3% of $16,172) per year in revenue – and we expect to produce hundreds, if not
thousands of inspiring videos annually.

• 10,000,000 views would pay around $4000 per year

(only 5 videos, generating 2M views each per year)
• 100,000,000 views would pay around $40,000 per year
(only 100 videos, generating 1M views each per year)
• 1 billion views would pay $400,000 per year
(only 1000 videos, generating 1,000,000 views per year)

It may take us a few years to get there, but we will with the right people and the right facilities. This is an
incredible deal that lifts the burden of work from your shoulders for years to come. The risk to reward, in my
opinion is very clear.

Please put some thought into the proposal, it’s a wonderful opportunity for us both. Could you come back to
