Ms. Maryam was having a good communication with the students and the students have been comfortable and good
listeners. Ms. Maryam using her body language to express and changes her voice to get their attention and using visual
resources. Managing the students by each row and sitting in a circle was a good idea for the learns.

The lesson plan was slightly detailed in providing the pictures. Ms. Maryam created the activity that matches their level and
using visual resources and uses their fine-motor skills that gives the students a better understanding of the lesson. She used
differentiation through activities since the students have different levels of abilities of understanding.

Ms. Maryam asked her students oral questions according to the lesson; she gives point in ClassDojo and for a hard-
working student she give an positive feedback to keep them up. Using her body languages and going into each group to
helped them and she told them if anyone need help, they have to raise their hand and she will help. She uses a timer to
manage the time.

Ms. Maryam uses the 360 degree which she can monitoring all students by looking and checking who is struggling and
who are in a save side and picking the helper. In all she says, “wow everyone is working very hard very good!” and the
students were feeling proud and smiles in their faces. She was assessing by going into each group and asking questions
based on their activity and at the end she set them on the carpet and start assessing by oral questions.

Me as a formal observation I felt like a professional teacher and I learned a lot from my colleague.
My colleague was agreed with me through all I wrote for her and she was happy that I was with her as a formal
observation.
