Training Team

1 Ensure 100 % employees trained on 5S. New employees to be inducted with in

Standardization Team

1 Ensure Standards Manual is updated

4 Complete actions agreed during Core team meeting
5 Help Zone leaders and members in understanding standards

6 Support other core team members in policies , events etc..

7 Lead by example

Audit Team

1 Ensure Audits are conducted as per schedule

2 Ensure availability of qualified auditors. If not organize for training

3 Ensure Audit non conformances are closed through proper root cause analysis

4 Resolve any conflicts between auditors and auditees.

5 Ensure Effective 5S implementation in the zones allocated.
6 Support other core team members in policies , events etc..

 Facility and Maintenance Team

1 Ensure timely closure of problems logged in Maintenance log book

2 Chairs, desks , building, electrical accessories, water line to be maintained in g
