P : i feel tightness on my chest when i breathing and i cant sleep last night cause cough

N : are you feel pain when you cough?

P : yes but not too pain..

P : i think 2 weeks

N : ok miss ester let me to check your circulation breathing..and you can do what i say..

N : just relax and i'll check with stetoskop..please take a deep breath miss ester..

P: what is the result of the examination?

N : Your breathing sounds like wheezes cause i think there is mucus

P : oh i see

N: Ok i'll tell you to handle your asthma attack if you forget your inhaler. The first you just relax
to take a deep breath slowly..stop your activity and make your self relax.. Next if you dont have
or forget your inhaler you can use NRB (non rebreather mask) or paper bag.. And then take a
deep breath with that until you feel better.. And if you cough you can take warm water..

P : Ok nurse tenten..

N : Ok miss ester any question?..

P : no nurse tenten..thank you for the information..

N : your welcome miss ester..ok if you dont have any question i think its enought..you can go
back to doctor lisna room

P : yeah i feel little fine now she tell me the treatment if i forget my inhaler and check me so
good..

D : oh nice.. Ok now I will write additional medicine and you can give it to pharmacist..
