■ 2019 KICS Korea-Vietnam International Joint Workshop on Communications and Information Sciences invites the
submission of previously unpublished research work. A technical paper should be prepared in the form of a long
abstract (up to 2 pages in a single column) or a full paper (4-6 pages in double column). All submissions should be in
the single-spaced, with 10 pt or higher font size, on A4- or letter-size pages.
