KOROIPITA URBAN COLLECTIVE
Index
Today, Koroipita is the formal home of around 200 families who live in community, but
the housing development never contemplated a real urban design with guides to
occupy the land, defined public spaces, public facilities or even boundaries for
organizing the territory. In order to avoid future urban problems on the site, improve
the residents life quality and to give them more opportunities, this quick exercise uses
basic project management ideas to develop an idea of what can be an urban project
for Koroipita.
