Assignment: Communications Model

1: My transactional model reflects all of the elements in the communication process

because it includes all of the 7 elements it needs; A sender, message, channel, receiver,
feedback, context, and noise.

2: In my scenario, the man is feeling good that day, so the context is psychological-an
emotion.

3:In my scenario, first I (the employee) am thinking of a message, then I am verbally

creating a message and sending it to a receiver (a costumer). He can fully understand so he
is able to respond and give feedback by asking how I am. That's how a conversation is
started.

4: Since its in a store, there could only be a short conversation.

5: Both, costumer and employee can are the senders and receivers at the same time. Also,
there will be a lot of noise in my scenario, since its a very public setting. For example, if the
costumer has kids with them, the kids could be speaking while he's talking.
