Reflection three:
Establishing criteria helps people looking to resolve a problem to create a well thought
out, best possible solution. It’s all about defining and ranking rules and boundaries. After that,
each must be defined and ranked once again. That’s how the best solution to a problem is found.
I learned a whole new way to solve problems, a way which seems the most professional/ useful.
