In response to your inquiry, we are pleased to submit the following quotation and look
forward to receiving a favorable reply.

Total amount: ¥29,000,000.- (JPY)

Break-down as per Attached Sheet ”A”.
Product name: VHT System (Model No. VHC-100M) 1Set
Treatment Capacity: 1,000Kg per batch

Delivery period: 160 days after receipt of Advance Payment.

Delivery location: CIF, Buenaventura Colombia

Terms of Payment: 50% of the contract value shall be paid as an Advance Payment by
means of telegraphic transfer remittance (TTR) to Seller’s bank
account as designated by the Seller within 30 days after the date
of signing contract.
50% of the contract value shall be paid by an irrevocable
Letter of Credit at sight, which shall be opened in favour of the
Seller, through a first class bank acceptable to the Seller.

Validity: Until Dec. 24. 2019, and thereafter subject to our confirmation.

ATTACHED SHEET “B”

(OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS)

1. Primary electric, water supply, and drainage works are not included.

2. Machinery foundation work is not included.

3. Building remodeling work is not included.

4. Parts and wiring materials for machinery shall correspond to Japanese domestic
standards including JIS Standards.

5. All taxes, duties, levies and cess (CIT, PIT, VAT and Import Tax, etc.) payable in Colombia
pursuant to existing and/or new laws and /or regulations in connection with this contract
shall be borne and paid by the Buyer.

6. Mechanical Warranty Period is twelve (12) months from the date of passing the
qualification test for facility approval by public institution. Or twenty-four (24) months
from the date of the completion of installation, whichever comes earlier. During the
mechanical Warranty Period, FTH shall repair or replace detective or non-conforming
parts free of charge.

This Warranty Period shall not cover ordinary wear and tear of the machine and the parts
or any defects resulting from improper, incomplete or unskilled maintenance or operation
of the machine and the parts or any modification made to the machine and the parts by
the Buyer without the Seller’s approval.

7. The installation of machinery is included in this quotation, but forklifts, electric power and
water for installation and adjustment of machinery shall be arranged by your company.

8. Please supply the fruits for on-site adjustment free of charge.
