TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A The rates quoted by us are firm and on FOR destination basis. The rates are based on input cost after
consideration of all admissible credits under the provisions of GST & no further price revision or credit shall be
available / admissible. Taxes and duties shall be extra at the prevailing rates at the time of supply.

B Quoted price excludes Insurance charges and any other taxes.

C GST IGST : Extra. (Current rate @ 18%)

F Quantity Tolerance
Any change in Duties / Taxes, due to Government notifications issued hereafter, shall be
applicable at the prevailing rate during invoicing.
8-10 weeks from the date of receipt of approved data sheets along with manufacturing
clearance and drum schedule.
We shall not be liable to damages for any delay or default in performing against the
above offer / subsequent order, if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond
our control including but not limited to Acts of God, Government restrictions (including
the denial or cancellation of any export or other necessary license) wars, insurrections
and/or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.
+/- 5 %

Drum Tolerance +/- 5 %

G Guarantee / 18 months from the date of dispatch or 12 months from the date of commissioning
Warantee whichever is earlier.
H Terms of Payment 100% within 30 days from receipt and acceptance of material at site.

I Validity upto 30/04/2019

J Testing charges Routine tests shall be conducted free of cost if done at our works otherwise the same
shall be charged extra at actuals. Type tests, if required shall be charged extra at
pre-agreed values. The cost of sample consumed in type testing will also be charged
extra. Wherever type tests are involved we should be allowed to despatch the cables
after routine test provided, against which we will furnish the guarantee that in the event
of cables not passing the type test, the same shall be taken back and replaced free of
cost to the purchaser.
K Min. Order Qty 250 mtrs for LT cables & 500 mtr for HT cables
L Manufacturing In event of order on us 100% mfg clearance should be given within maximum 1 month
Clearance from date of LOI/PO whichever is earlier .Incase mfg clearance is delayed beyond one
month of LOI/PO then we reserve the right to revise the prices’.
In Case of any major impact in;
a) Drum cost as per the final drum schedules received from you and/or.,
b) Freight cost due to change in destination and part load.
additional cost ( if any ), will be charged to you on account of above changes.
M Quantity Variance Any change in quantity is subjected to price revision based on mutual discussion
