ABSTRACT

Today’s century learning in whatever way of gaining knowledge, self-study, experience

or by schooling is one of the most important to every individual. In this research paper,

the researcher will study about “ A Correlational Study of The Academic Anxiety on The

Perception Of Grade 12 ACLC Senior High School Students To Their Academic

Performance ” and to give awareness about having academic anxiety.

This study as a whole focusing if there is a significant relationship between the two

given variables (academic anxiety and academic performance) .The research made to a

Quantitative type and the research technique used was a survey questions, while the

research locale was in ACLC Guadalupe branch, while the respondents chosen are

grade 12 students of ACLC Guadalupe with the number of 25 male and 25 female with

a total of 50 students with the age range of 17- 23.

Overall the respondents gave a neutral perception on having academic anxiety.

Therefore the researchers conclude that there is no significant relationship between

academic anxiety of grade 12 SHS students to their academic performance in grade 11.
