Rules of Talent Hunt (July 7th 2017)

1. Name of the Event for Talent Hunt (minimum members for each event)
a. Solo Singing (Solo)
b. Group Singing (3-5 members)
c. Solo Dancing (Solo)
d. Group Dancing (3-5 members)
e. Short Street Play (3-7 members)
f. Debate
g. Painting and Promotion

2. Number of teams to be selected, time and room allocation for final round on July 6th (Talent
Hunt-II)
a. Solo Singing (Audi-2 ): Top 5 participants (2-4 minute for each participants)
b. Group Singing (Audi-2 ): Top 3 Teams (3-4 minute for each team)
c. Solo Dancing (Audi-2 ): Top 5 participants (3-5 minute for each participants)
d. Group Dancing (Audi-2): Top 3 Teams (4-5 minute for each Teams)
e. Short Street Play (Audi-2): Top 3 Teams (7-10 minute for each Teams)
f. Debate (Room 101): Top 20 participants (2X 10 teams =20 participants)
g. Painting and Promotion (designated area): open for each Sections

3. Rules for Painting Competition:


Painting competition is section Wise. Each section will be allocated a space (mentioned below)
to promote Talent hunt-II by using charts, collage and other decoration material. Promotion
should start from July 3rd and will end on July 6th 2017.

 Section A: Near Cafeteria Area and In front of Room 103, 104.


 Section B: Outside Library and IT lab, inner lawn
 Section C: In front of Audi-I and in front of Room 101 and 102
 Section SM: First Floor Corridors
 Section M: Second Floor Corridors

Pls Note: All the charts and decoration items should be pasted on the
Notice boards, wooden, glass walls or bricks only. Any charts or items
pasted on painted walls will be disqualified from the competition.
