 Abstract

This Thesis Paper is prepared as a partial requirement of the phase of MBA program in
BGC Trust University Bangladesh with major in Marketing. I was assigned to the topic
entitled: Three Pvt. Bank, Brac Bank Limited, NCC Bangla Bank Limited, Mutual Trust
Bank by the department of Business Administration. The banking sector of Bangladesh is
passing through a tremendous improvement under the economic deregulation and opening
up the economy.

The main objective of the study is to know the SME Banking Practices of Private Bank.
The methodology of the study is desk research. This program was also executed by
observing the daily activities of the officers. At the end of the day, I can confidently say
by the grace of Almighty Allah that I have given my all-out effort to prepare a prolific
Thesis Paper.
