INTRODUCTION: Samuda Chemical Complex Limited (SCCL) is a private limited company

owned by Mr. Mohammad Abul Kalam, Ms. Farzana Afroze, Mr. Mohammad Mustafa Haider,
Ms. Rizwana Afroze, Mr. Osman Goni and Ms. Khaleda Begum. SCCL was incorporated in
2006 in Bangladesh under the Companies Act, 1994 and has an authorized capital of BDT
5,000,000,000. It is the largest caustic soda and hydrogen peroxide plant at present in
Bangladesh.

Samuda Chemical Complex Limited (SCCL) manufactures high-quality and competitively

priced products. It has three units and they are H2O2 plant, H2 plant, Distillation unit. Caustic
Flakes, Caustic Liquid, Hydrogen per Oxide, Stable Bleaching Powder, Chlorinated Paraffin
Wax, Hydrochloric Acid, Liquid Chlorine and Sodium Hypo Chlorite comprise its product list
