CTC INR 4.5 LPA (fixed)

Job Responsibilities:
To acquire new properties, sites in different regions as per the business plan & negotiate with the developers on the commercials
 Create a repository of upcoming properties in the markets identified by property research team
 Network with consultants/ developers and keep a track of future property development and interests
 Help in preparing business plan for presentation of identified properties for validation
 Negotiate with the builders for the validated site on the terms
 Monitor commercial viability of business propositions
 Coordinate for the complete documentation & due diligence
 Monitor the time frame in identifying, finalizing and completing the documentation of the site
 Hand-over the property to project management team and store planning team

Organization Exposure:
 The candidate should be able to create a comprehensive database of all the properties earmarked
 Should be able to prepare business plans
 Should possess excellent networking skills
 Should be a strong negotiator
 Should possess excellent communication skills and be able to work in a team
 Should be good at PowerPoint and excellent in presentation skills
 Should be ready for extensive traveling
