Care and Cleaning
S3000 products are designed for durability and resistance to marking. Over time, however, normal usage can result in the build-up of dust and grime from
finger marks etc. Like most wall plate ranges in South Africa, the polycarbonate material that provides with their strength and toughness can be susceptible
to physical degradation over time if subjected to certain chemical compounds, including those that may be found in some common household cleaners.
S3000 products should only be cleaned with a water dampened cloth in order to maintain their optimum appearance and longevity.
Assembly and Wiring
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
- It is illegal for persons other than those authorised by legislation to work on the fixed wiring of any electrical installation.
- All installations must be in accordance with local Electrical Wiring Regulations and Building Codes of Practice.
- CLEANING – To clean, simply use a cloth dampened with water only. Cleaning agents are not recommended as their use may harm the product
and void warranty claims.

S2000 Universal Tactile Dimmers

This new range of Dimmer Modules represents a revolution in dimming technology. For the installer, they are ideal, as they are suitable for use with Leading
and Trailing edge, Electronic or Wirewound Transformers. These Dimmer Modules also have built-in short circuit and overload protection. For the end-us-
er, the ‘scene’ programming facility transforms the dimmer into an automated mood-setting control unit. A simple press of the switch will set the lighting
to pre-programmed levels, so there’s no fiddling to get the right level. Set the fade time between settings and for switch off, and you’ve got dimming that is
convenient and easy to use.
Technical Information

Operating and Programming the Shuttle Dimmer

Normal operation:
•Pulse 1x Toggle On/Off. Also stop on or off-fade (if there is a long fade on or off then by pulsing the master 1x again it immediately turns the units on or off)
•Pulse 2x Select preset 1
Dimmer
•Pulse 7x Start random mode. Changes light level at random every 10 sec.
Programming:
To activate programming mode, press the button 10x. The light will go very dim – indicating programming mode • Pulse 2x to select preset 1
Dim the light up or down as required for the new preset • Pulse 3x to select preset 2
Dim the light up or down as required for the new preset • Pulse 6x and set Inter-preset fade rate (0.2-18Sec)
Min. light level - 0.2 sec fade rate. Max. light intensity gives 18 sec fade rate • Pulse 7x and set Off-fade rate (1.5Sec-11Min)
Min. light level is 1.5 sec off rate. Max. light intensity 11 minutes off rate • Pulse 8x and set On-fade rate (1.5Sec-11Min)
Min. light level is 1.5 sec on rate. Max. light intensity 11 minutes on rate • Pulse 10x Exit programming mode. The light will go very bright – indicating that all
settings are saved.
NOTE: It is not necessary to set all the settings when in programming mode, for example, to only change preset 2, do the following: Press switch 10x, then
3x and dim the light up or down, press switch 10x again – done. To change preset 4 and the on-fade rate: Press switch 10x, then 5x, dim up or down, press
switch 8x, dim light up or down to change the fade time, press switch 10x again – done!
Check if dimmer is in leading edge or trailing edge:

Press switch 10 times to be in programming mode: Lights will go dim to indicate that dimmer is in programming mode.
Press switch 9 times: If lights go bright, dimmer is in trailing edge , If lights stay dim, dimmer is in leading edge
Presse switch 10 times to exit programming mode, lights will go bright to indicate dimmer is out of programming mode.
To change from leading to trailing edge or vice versa: press and hold the button, switch off the power for about a minute, switch power back on and then
only release the button.
Follow: Check if dimmer is in leading or trailing edge to see if change took place.
