GUIDELINES OF PROJECT ON DISASTER

READINESS AND RISK REDUCTION (MIDTERM)

Your project has three part and they are:

 Poster (50 pts)

 AVP about the Hazard (50 pts)
 Pamphlet/Flyers (50 pts)

Each group has their own category and for each category, they need to create the three
parts of their project in order to got a high grade. The following are the guidelines for
eachpart.

 Poster:

The group need to create a poster that will emphasize the “IMPACT OF THE
HAZARD”. They should be creative in a way they can gain the attention of the
people . Through that poster, they can give information about the assigned hazard.
They need to print it on the 1/8 illustration board.

 Audio Video Presentation (AVP):

The group need to create an AVP emphasizing the information about the
assigned hazard to them specifically “SIGNS OF HAZARD”. They can also site an
“Example of Specific Hazard” that is encounter by Philippines. The Minimum
length of AVP is 5 minutes. They need to introduce the hazard effectively in order to
give the people.an awareness about the specific hazard. The video should be save
with mp4 format. Group members should be present on the video.

 Pamphlet/Flyers:

Last but not the least part of the project is the Pamphlet/Flyers. The flyers should
give an information about what the people can do “BEFORE,DURING AND AFTER”
when the assigned hazard will be encounter. This part need to be print on the size of 1
short bond paper divided on three part (front and back) . Be creative as you can and
accurate on the information you will write.

All of these part will be use on your Final Project so enjoy and have fun on doing
