2. Upon arrival the factory, factory claimed all materials were ready, but found total only 3510pcs (585cartons, 50%) were finished and
packed into export cartons, while the rest in drying house waiting for assembling and packing, during the inspection, no any
producing process was performed.
3. Found the printing was white not same as the spec was black printing and the printing size of shipping mark on carton was slightly
deviated from the spec. (please see section C1 for details)
4. For green color blocks, found they are partial yellow color, while 40% inspected samples were found slightly color shade between
blocks.
5. Only Pantone “C” and “U” book was provided, and found the actual color was not matched with spec required pantone codes.
6. For moisture content test, found the humidity was around 12~14% out of the requirement: 8~12%.
7. For fit pieces, found all products with gap (1~2mm) visible when solving puzzle or/and when puzzle solved, and only found 5pcs with
gap larger than 2mm, and count it in AQL table.

ANNEX 1 — NEGATIVE OBSERVATIONS
The cartons were stacked too high, more than 6 feet / 1.8 meter high.
The cartons were placed on the ground directly in warehouse.
Glasses of window were broken in the warehouse.
Some water was found on the floor in warehouse, but no wet carton was found.
The workers did not pay extra attention during handling or re-packing.
Inspection room was too small for a smooth inspection.
The factory could not provide gloves to inspector when necessary during the inspection.
The factory did not provide enough workers to help the inspections.

to implement the necessary corrective actions and re-inspect your goods or perform a DSS afterward.
Please note that the repacking of inspected goods is done by the factory without AQF inspector’s supervision.
Defects may appear after the inspection due to improper repacking, bad storage or transportation conditions and manufacturing process.
The inspection scope is based on the specifications provided by our clients and AQF inspection checkpoints, it does not include product
design validation; any consequence on the product quality found after the inspection & due to its design, such as durability of
components, poor glue quality, poor material or improper packaging, is not under AQF's responsibility.
